Either the Quicktime Player version 7.0 or the Windows Media Player version 11 are required to view the movies on this site. By joining you affirm that you have tested your media player with our free preview. You must also have a javascript enabled browser to view our site. Pop-up blockers are incompatible with this site.

Membership allows viewing of the full collection of movies and photos on the site. However, to ensure a good experience for all, a maximum of 1,500 megabytes (1.5 gigabytes) is allowed per member per 24 hour period. This amount is equal to at least 10 full length movies.

Recurring memberships will automatically renew until canceled using the membership Support Page. Non-recurring memberships will expire at the end of their term and not automatically renew.

There are no refunds. You are solely responsible for your user name and password. This site is equipped with software that will terminate any account that is used by more than 3 computers. I urge you to use a unique user name and password for this site. Using the same user name and password for multiple sites increases the likelihood that they will be stolen and abused.

Because of the popularity of password theft, if your password is used by more than three (3) computers, it is deleted and no refund is issued, as we cannot determine if it was shared or stolen. Therefore, please make your username and password difficult to guess. User name and passwords must not be given to others and memberships are not assignable. We reserve the right to not release passwords. Jake Cruise Original Movies reserves the right to cancel this agreement and your member account/password if Jake Cruise Original Movies believes that you have violated our terms of service.

This Agreement constitutes your agreement with Jake Cruise Original Movies with respect to your use of the web site at www.JakeCruise.com. You must agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to become or remain an authorized user of the Service. As used in this Agreement, "we" and "us" means Jake Cruise Original Movies, or any successor or assign of Jake Cruise Original Movies, including JakeCruise.com.

Failure to provide accurate contact information or failure to properly request a cancellation may result in your account being charged for the entire subscription amount. Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled on the CCBill Support form (click here) prior to the renewal date. Jake Cruise Original Movies is not liable for improper or unauthorized use nor liable for Internet outages or interruptions.

As a member of JakeCruise.com you authorize Jake Cruise Original Movies the right to use your valid email address for any marketing programs or purposes whatsoever. Jake Cruise Original Movies and its affiliates, including JakeCruise.com and StraightGuysForGayEyes.com, WILL NEVER SELL OR DISTRIBUTE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY.

From time to time, we may modify or otherwise amend this Agreement. Notification of any such changes will be posted on the Service or sent via electronic mail at our sole discretion. If you do not agree to any modifications, you must terminate your use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service now, or following the posting of any modifications to this Agreement, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You, the subscriber/viewer, and Jake Cruise Original Movies, with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supercedes and cancels all other prior agreements, discussion, or representations, whether written or oral. In case any of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall, for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision(s) hereof, and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision’s had never been included. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision(s) of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

By viewing or CLICKING on the “SUBMIT” BUTTON on the Sign-Up Page, and by supplying Jake Cruise Original Movies with all the required information to sign-up, you are acknowledging that you agree to all of the terms, conditions, promises, warranties, duties and obligations set forth in this Agreement herein.
