We do not support the use of VPNs, that use multiple IP addresses, to access our member area. We must block accounts that are used in multiple countries. If someone were to post their username and password on a password trading site, hundreds of people would use the same account. Our bandwidth expenses would skyrocket. We cannot allow that. If you must use a VPN you need to use one that uses a single IP address to connect.

Our support ticket system is not open 24 hours a day. The fastest way to get your username and/or password is to call CCBill toll free at (800) 510-2859. CCBill is open at all times. If they can't help you for some reason contact us here. If you want to do it online, follow these instructions: After you've clicked to open the CCBill page, choose your payment method in the pulldown, then fill in at least two of the fields to "Search Your Subscription." When you get to the "Subscription Summary" page you need to click on the Subscription ID number, which is the link that will show your user name and password. Click here to go to CCBILL
